Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission  and NFI and Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Common Pipeline Officer (NFI), the successful candidate will be assisting with managing Common Pipeline supplies & logistics to ensure high-quality Common Pipeline programme implementation across Ukraine. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Supports as a Common Pipeline logistics focal point, providing overall details of Common Pipeline supplies, including the volume, warehouse location, and contact details to partners, facilitating smooth process in dispatching supplies for partners’ distribution. Verifies sufficient Shelter/NFI and WASH common pipeline stocks are available in IOM’s warehouses and provide regular online weekly update of the stock status to both Shelter/NFI and WASH Cluster. Coordinates the release of Common Pipeline Supplies from the warehouses, in coordination with a Supply Chain Assistant, and ensure that all NFI promptly released to Common Pipeline Partners. Supports maintenance and review of Common Pipeline requests, need assessment, reports. Tracking all details related to the common pipeline utilization which also include response locations, beneficiaries number reached and other relevant information for reporting. Coordinates Shelter/NFI and WASH pipeline supplies procurement process including preparation of procurement plans, long-term agreements (LTAs) renewal, prepare procurement request forms (PRFs) and closely follow up the progress with Supply Chain Unit. Supports monitoring the quality control and assurance process for all common pipeline supplies which includes the quality test of samples received, visual control and quality inspection of supplies procured and delivered to IOM. Shares feedback received from partner on common pipeline supplies quality to Common Pipeline Officer (NFI) and Supply Chain Unit. Maintains a Common Pipeline database, ensures all documents related to pipeline projects are complete, in order, and updated for filing.
