Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies.Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Project Officer (Non-Food Item (NFI)), the successful candidate will assist to ensure timely monitoring of NFI and Common Pipeline activities and distributions to conflict affected populations, including internally displaced population, returnees and affected host communities in all Oblasts in Ukraine. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Assist in organization and delivery of field data collection activities through survey responses, direct observation and key informant engagement for different monitoring activities including during and post distribution monitoring. Support tracking planned distributions and key focal points’ contact details of distribution locations in the NFI Request Intake Master-List to support in planning the during distribution monitoring exercise and in facilitating communication with target locations for monitoring activities. Proposed intervention for NFI and Common Pipeline include direct and indirect NFI responses, assessment, monitoring, procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution of critical NFI supplies. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and with the general guidance of the Programme Officer (NFI/Common Pipeline), and the direct supervision of the Project Officer (NFI), the successful candidate will help to ensure timely provision of NFIs to conflict affected populations, including internally displaced population, returnees and affected host communities in Ukraine. Core Functions / Responsibilities:Receives and reviews the NFI requests from authorities/partners and submit its recommendation to Project Officer (NFI) for final review and approval for NFI distribution. New waves of displacement are expected, and continued deterioration of living conditions among the most vulnerable is likely.
