The teams directly contribute to data-driven decision making by layering information from primary sources, open sources and responders’ programmatic data, where it is analyzed by subject matter experts and data scientists. This analysis is grounded in Mercy Corps’ status as an operational NGO, keeping products constructive and relevant. Main Responsibilities:1. Strategical:Develop a comprehensive strategy for POPM within the assigned scope of responsibility;Analyze market trends and competitor activities related to POSM in trade channels;Collaborate with agencies to procure POSM materials, optimize suppliers, and negotiate competitive prices. Participate in discussions regarding investment decisions in promotional materials;Share best practices within the cross-functional team to enhance POSM effectiveness;Implement a cross-category approach to maximize POSM visibility;Monitor and control Visibility KPIs to ensure the successful implementation of the POSM strategy.2. Operational:Consolidate and align all necessary information and working materials (designs for brand concept verification, samples, signed color proofs, briefs, technical specifications, etc.) with the cross-functional team and visibility specialist for all categories;Collaborate with the cross-functional team and vendors to discuss the design, specifications, and construction of promotional materials during the development stage. Present information to the Line Manager and senior executives for further action;Develop and align the end-to-end process for POSM, including production, logistics, and storage, while continuously evaluating effectiveness;Create product catalogs and POSM materials for the sales team;Develop tools and metrics for quarterly evaluation of POSM effectiveness and productivity;Provide support to categories in the development, production, and logistics of customized, cross-category, and new product launch POSM materials;Monitor the implementation of the POSM visibility strategy by regularly assessing Nestle's presence in retail stores compared to key competitors. Propose plans to improve Nestle's position;Monitor POSM inventory levels according to deadlines and approved storage quotas;Ensure compliance with quality and cost standards in the local POSM category/channel development strategy;Create and manage IDs and purchase requests (PR) in the system. Control document flow related to the development and production of promotional materials in line with corporate responsibility.Main Requirements:University Degree;3+ years of experience in POSM management, preferably in the FMCG industry;Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors;Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics;Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset.
