Менеджер з операційної діяльності відповідає за широке коло адміністративних, правових (в т.ч. кадрових, договірних) та фінансових управлінських питань діяльності Програми «АГРО».Менеджер з операційної діяльності працює в складі фінансово-адміністративного департаменту, до складу якого входять: керівник департаменту, бухгалтерія, в т.ч. головний бухгалтер, офіс-менеджер, IT підтримка, відділ операційних закупівель, перекладачі, адміністративні асистенти, водії.Основні функції:забезпечення дотримання чинних правил USAID і настанов компанії «Кімонікс» в діяльності Програми «АГРО»;забезпечення дотримання адміністративних вимог Договору про співпрацю між USAID і «Кімонікс» на виконання Програми «АГРО»;забезпечення дотримання чинного законодавства України в роботі Програми «АГРО»;контроль і управління у наданні відповідної та своєчасної підтримки діяльності Програми «АГРО» з боку команди фінансово-адміністративного департаменту;допомога у реєстрації / перереєстрації проекту МТД відповідно до місцевого законодавства;координація роботи із юридичними компаніями задля надання своєчасної якісної юридичної підтримки ;контроль за налаштуванням і обслуговуванням офісних адміністративних систем, в тому числі системи реєстрації повідомлень, системи документообігу, обліку даних персоналу, дозвільних документів, бюджетних трекерів тощо;забезпечення зберігання відповідної адміністративної, договірної та кадрової документації шляхом ведення системних папок і архівів;ведення договорів оренди офісних і житлових приміщень для Програми «АГРО»;встановлює контакти з керівництвом Дирекції «Інпредкадри» Генеральної дирекції з обслуговування іноземих представництв (ГДІП);контроль за управлінням кадрами програми, включаючи набір персоналу і прийняття на роботу, реєстрація іноземних працівників проекту відповідно до місцевого законодавства тощо;допомога у розробці і впровадженні посібника для персоналу прграми;підготовка і актуалізація штатного розкладу Програми «АГРО»;організація та проведення вступного інструктажу для нових працівників.перегляд положень і проведення перемовин щодо договорів оренди офісних приміщень і житлових приміщень для іноземних співробітників і будь-яких змін до них;організація закупівлі необхідних для діяльності проекту товарів і послуг;ведення точного обліку, в т.ч. регулярне проведення інвентаризації, майна тривалого користуваннядопомога Головному бухгалтеру  в контролі за фінансами і бюджетом, перевірка витрат;тісне співробітництво з внутрішніми і зовнішніми аудиторами в ході перевірок;робота в програмі Microsoft Teams для виконання поставлених завдань та співпраці з персоналом Програми «АГРО».Умови і терміни роботи та підпорядкування:Для роботи на цій посаді передбачається укладення строкового трудового договору терміном дії на один рік на умовах повної зайнятості з можливою щорічною пролонгацією до завершення строку впровадження Програми (13 листопада 2026 р.) за умови включення відповідних завдань до наступних Річних планів робіт Програми.Визначене місце роботи: м. Київ.Працівник/Працівниця періодично їздитиме у відрядження в інші регіони України.Менеджер з операційної діяльності працює в складі фінансово-адміністративного департаменту під безпосереднім керівництвом та підпорядковується Керівникові фінансово-адміністративного департаменту або призначеній ним/нею особі, або іншій(им) призначеній(им) Керівником проекту особі(ам), а за відсутності Керівника фінансово-адміністративного департаменту виконує його/її обов’язки.Необхідні навички та професійна кваліфікація:мінімум 2 роки досвіду на аналогічній посаді;диплом магістра у галузі права, економіки, ділового адміністрування чи інших релевантних галузей або еквівалентне поєднання освіти та релевантного професійного досвіду;  досвід здійснення контролю та нагляду за управлінням офісом проекту, кадровою роботою, закупівлями, матеріально-технічним забезпеченням і нормативно-правової відповідності;бажаний досвід роботи у проектах технічної допомоги USAID або інших міжнародних донорів; знання систем і практик управління компанії «Кімонікс» буде перевагою; вільне володіння українською мовою; добре знання письмової та розмовної англійської мови; дуже добрі навички міжособистісного спілкування, побудови команди тощо;увага до деталей, сильні організаційні здібності та вміння розставляти пріоритети; досвід організації та проведення тренінгів буде перевагою; вміння працювати самостійно і в команді;вміння працювати під тиском часу і одночасно над багатьма завданнями; впевнений користувач програм Microsoft365: спроможність використовувати в роботі такі програмні продукти Microsoft365 як Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Planner, PowerPoint тощо; успішний досвід роботи у багатонаціональних і багатомовних колективах під тиском та в умовах стислих термінів; готовність і можливість подорожувати за необхідності.Порядок подання резюме Просимо надсилати резюме та супровідний лист на електронну адресу відправити резюме не пізніше 21 квітня 2024 р. з поміткою “Operations Manager” та Вашим прізвищем у темі листа.
